This story is not about a bad dad. It's a story about a good dad who did a bad thing. It all started with Banger racing. Gilbert the Great was the most amazing banger racer ever until he fell in with the wrong gang. Follow Gilbert and his son Alfred as they go on a crazy adventure involving bank blowouts, jail escapes and absolutely disgusting quiche!

I love this book because it's completely bonkers. For example, at one point their mini cooper goes flying over an absolutely flabbergasted pig. And Thumbs, who is supposed to be really, really fierce as he's one of the criminals' henchmen, thinks chicken comes from cows. What????!!!! The newest David Walliams books, like Bad Dad, Ice Monster and Fing, are just hilarious. They are much funnier than the older ones like Mr Stink. This book is totally crazy and I seriously recommend it!
